Hai folks, so in this article, I am gonna be listing some of the steps with which you can flash MIUI 8 Rom in your XIaomi Mi 4. But do note that this process will work in case of Mi 3 / Mi 4 / Mi Note / Mi 5 / Mi Max. However In case of mi 5,  Mi max and Mi note you need to unlock the bootloader but don’t worry i will make sure to provide the link of the unlocking tool with which you can unlock the bootloader  below

Steps To Flash MIUI 8 Rom In Xiaomi Mi4 / Mi 3 /  Mi Note / Mi 5 / Mi Max

Step-1  Alright so at first download the mi 4 fastboot Zip and Miflash tool with the links given below

Step-1  After downloading extract both of the zips and make sure to place the mi 4 fastboot folder in One specific drive like E or F.  But do not place the mi 4 fastboot folder in any separate folder. Just place it in once specific drive

 Step-2 Next, install the Miflash tool and go through the setup  

Step-3 Next, turn off your mi 4 and boot into fastboot mode by pressing and holding  volume down button and power button until you see fastboot logo and then connect your mi 4 to your PC

Step-4 Next, just run the miflash tool that you have installed previously  and click on refresh to confirm that you have successfully connected your mi4 in fastboot mode. If in case your device is not detected then make sure to install  ADB and fastboot drivers properly

next go to advance and select flash all except data storage and hit ok

Step-6 So finally click on to flash to flash miui 8 ROM in your xiaomi mi 4

Step-7 Once  flashing is done don’t panic just wait for some time to boot up your device.
